Display or Hide
Zero Values
By default, Excel displays the data as it is typed in. This includes zero
values. If you typed a zero and it does not display, customize the settings:
Click the Office Button
Click Excel Options at the bottom of the screen
Select Advanced
Scroll down to Display options for this worksheet
section
Go to Show a zero in cells that have a zero value
Checked box displays zero value on screen and printout
(recommended option)
Unchecked box displays no zero value
OK to save the changes
