Undo / Redo Buttons The Quick Access Toolbar is a customizable toolbar that contains a set of commands that are independent of the ribbon. It contains the basic repetitive tasks. Each Office program has its own Quick Access Toolbar. Customize each to suit your needs.You can move the Quick Access Toolbar from one of the two possible locations. The default location is on the top of the Ribbon; however, it can be moved to the bottom of the Ribbon. The toolbar can be customized to your work tasks. Add additional command button to increase functionality. The Quick Access Toolbar appears in the upper left corner of all Office applications. The Save, Undo, and Redo buttons are the default settings. The Undo and Redo buttons are located in the Quick Access toolbar at the top of the screen.
