Format Table with Borders

Open Word document
Create or open the data table file

Click the table to format

The Table Tools toolbar displays
Go to Table Styles group
Click Borders

The following dialog box will open


 

 Select any of these options

 Select the type of line

 Select the thickness (pt.)

If you prefer the options displayed in Office 2003 click Borders and Shading
