Block Editing of Quick Styles

If you are working on a document and select a particular style set for your document, you can block a user from changing the styles and theme.

Go to Home tab on the ribbon / Styles group
Click the Change Styles dialog box launcher (blue arrow)


 

Click Manage Styles Icon
Go to Restrict tab

Check Block Theme and Block Quick Style boxes / OK

Blocking users from changing the default Quick Style set does not prevent them from changing the font or color themes.
