In using Office 2007, you often have to move from one tab to another to use certain functions. This is usually achieved by clicking the menu tabs. An alternative is to roll back and forth from one tab to another: Move the mouse over any area of the Ribbon ... move the wheel back and forth and the tabs will quickly roll from one tab to the other. This shortcut can be of tremendous use, especially if you are not sure where a function is located. Give it a try! This shortcut works with Office 2007: Outlook (New message), Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access. Created:
