Print a Single Label
Open Word
Go to Mailing tab / Create group
Click Labels
1. Step One: Select Labels tab
The following screen will display
Type in the address or information
A.
If you are mailing to someone from the Rivier University Community
Click the little Address Book Icon

If you click the Address Book Icon the following screen will display

Select the list from the Address Book drop down list
Type in the name / OK
Make the correction on the name line (format used is last name, first name)
The rest of the address, etc. is automatically entered. This feature saves a
great deal of time.
B. If the person is not a member of the Rivier University Community ...
Type in the information in the Address
box and Print that label.
2. Section Two: Print label
If you have a sheet with some blank labels on it, use that sheet:
Select single label ... the next section Row / Column allows you to begin
printing on a specific row and column. This feature is useful when you have used
several labels on the sheet. Select Row and Column to match your sheet of labels.

3. Click Options button

Select Page printer
Select the Label vendor and the product number; if you do not know the product
number, highlight the number and the label information displays on the right
hand side
If you cannot find the exact size of the label; select the closest size and
change the label height and width to fit the size of label you are using.
