Dotted Lines Around the Margins

If you receive a document that has dotted lines around the margins, the text boundaries field has been activated. See sample below.

To remove these dotted lines:

Open the document
Click Office Button / Word Options
Click Advanced
Go to Show document content section
Remove the check from the Show text boundaries check box
OK to save the settings

The dotted lines should be removed from the document.

Make sure you save and replace the document.
