There are some documents that are used several times throughout the year. For these documents to have meaning, document the file history.
Insert the date and time a document was created, last printed, or last
saved.
Usually this information is added in a header, footer, at the beginning
or end of a document.
Click where you want the documentation inserted. 1. Go to Insert tab / Text group / Quick Parts
