Edit in Print Preview

If an error is discovered while in Print Review Mode, edit the document.

The problem is with the Magnifier button. If the Magnifier button is activated, you cannot do editing.

To edit make sure to turn the Magnifier off.

With the Magnifier turned off, the mouse will function in normal mode allowing you to click within a document and make the desired corrections.

Go to Office Button / Print / Print Preview
A new toolbar displays with special functions

In regular print preview the document displays as a minimized page
Click 100% in the Zoom group
Remove check box in Magnifier option in the Preview group

The cursor will change to a Text Select bar. Edit and print the document.
Make sure you click the Close Print Preview button
Click Save to lock in changes.
