Lopsided to Even Columns

When you first format a document into columns, the end result might be lopsided columns. Even out the column lengths and give the page a more balanced appearance.

Open the document
Click the cursor at the end of the column you want to even out
Click Layout tab / Page Setup groups



Click Breaks

Choose Continuous section break / OK

Your columns are beautifully balanced.
