Saving Directly to the
P:\drive
When you are working in MS Word, program your computer to
automatically save to the P:\drive
Click Tools
Click Options
Select the File Locations tab

Highlight Documents ... the location should read P:\acallahan
If you have C:\.......... change the setting
Click Modify… button
Click the black arrow in the end of the Look in box
Select Staff on pds2
Find your folder and double click to open the folder
Click OK
