Options
There are four different ways to view a document. Below is a table listing
each type and use.

Normal |
Best used when you are working with straight text. Graphic images do
not show up in this view. |
|
Web Layout
|
Best used when creating a web page. In this view you can see the
background, text will automatically wrap to fit the window and images will
display. |
|
Print Layout |
Best used when your document contains images, headers, footers, and
columns. Each will display. |
|
Outline |
Best used when you want the document to display in outline format. This
feature works well if your document is well organized with headings,
subheadings, etc. |
To change from one view to another:
Click View from the Main Menu
Select the desired View from the drop-down list
Or,
Click on the View
Icons located at the bottom left hand side of the screen
