Increase or Decrease Print Size

Sometimes the print size in Word, email or web documents is too small or too large. Is there a quick way to increase of decrease the size of print?

If you have a mouse with a wheel, there is a quick fix:

1. Hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and

2. Turn the small wheel down and the print size will increase; turn the small wheel up and the print size will decrease

If you have no wheel on your mouse

In a Word document click the Zoom button 
Click the down arrow and select from the list.
As there are gaps in the list, you can also type in the percentage, example: 110 or 90

In Internet Explorer click View / Text Size / Select from drop down list

In Outlook select the letter A icon
Use upper arrow to increase, lower arrow to decrease
