Print a PowerPoint Presentation in Word If you decide to use MS Word to print out the slides, you have more printing options. Open PowerPoint file A pop-up screen will list the various layout options available.
Select / The options are self explanatory. The way you add slides to the Word document varies: Paste option: any changes you make on a PPT slide will not be included in the Word document; however, you can edit the slides in Word. Paste link option: any changes you make on a PPT slide will be linked to the Word document and automatically updated in Word. If you intend to print at home, make sure you have a copy of the PPT file on hand. Click OK The slides will automatically be inserted into a Word document.
