Editing
Slides
Click View / Slide Sorter
Double click on the slide you want to edit
The screen will split into two screens
You can correct spelling errors, add data in either screen
If you use the slide screen, highlight the area of the slide you want to edit
Use the editing features on the toolbars
Click anywhere outside of the slide area to see the final product
Save
Adding Periods to Text
Be consistent in the use of periods … there is no formal
rule. Most of the presentations do not use periods.
Highlight the bulleted text
Click Format
Click Periods
Click on Add Periods
Click OK
