Contacts include both individuals and organizations. The Contact record contains basic information; however, there are some extra features: supervisor's name, multiple phone numbers and addresses, etc. Click Contacts icon from the Outlook Bar
The Contacts List will display in alphabetical order As you list grows, just click on an index tab and the corresponding contacts will display at the top of the list Viewing Options Click the Current View button
