Viewing Contacts

Contacts include both individuals and organizations. The Contact record contains basic information; however, there are some extra features: supervisor's name, multiple phone numbers and addresses, etc.

Click Contacts icon from the Outlook Bar

The Contacts List will display in alphabetical order
Notice the index at the right of the screen

As you list grows, just click on an index tab and the corresponding contacts will display at the top of the list

Viewing Options

Click the Current View button to reveal other options

After you have added some Contacts, click the various options and notice the differences in displaying data
