Outlook 2000 has a new feature to manage toolbar icons. With a click, icons can be activated and deactivated. At the end of a toolbar, there is a small field with a black arrow Click this arrow and the following box will display:
Click the black arrow and a drop-down list with available icons will display:
The check mark indicates the icon is activated. Check the box to deactivate the icons you do not want displayed. Click anywhere outside the drop-down list to close the list. February 02, 2010 Sr. Arlene Callahan |
