Copying Names from One Distribution List into Another

When you receive an e-mail message as part of a Distribution List, you can easily create distribution lists from existing lists of e-mail addresses.

Open the message in full screen: 

Click Edit/ Edit Message
Highlight the first name in the To: box .. if you do not highlight the first name and click Select All, the entire page will be copied.
Edit / Select All ... all the names should be highlighted
Edit / Copy

Click File / New / Distribution List
Type in the Name for the Distribution List
Click Select Members
A pop-up screen will display -- you will not use this screen but keep it open
Click Shift + F10
A small drop-down list will display over the previous screen
Click Paste / OK

All the names and addresses will be copied in the new Distribution List
Click Save and Close
