Viewing Archived Mail

After the AutoArchive global policies are set, an Archives folder will automatically appear on your folder list.

The archived folders are used like any other folder.  View and delete items, etc.

The only difference between Archived folders and Inbox folders is the location.
Archived folders are saved on your P:\drive account
Inbox folders are saved on the e-mail server

Then why archive to your P:\drive?
1. To save space on the current e-mail server
2. To provide a storage area for your older mail
