Added People Are Not Receiving Messages

If you have added new people to your distribution list and they are not receiving messages, you are using an outdated shortcut link.

The Outlook program stores shortcuts to the people you frequently send emails to.
Most of us type in a few letters of a person's name or the name of a distribution list and the link automatically pops up.  
What you have popping up is the old shortcut to your distribution list.

To fix this problem ...

The next time you send an e-mail to your distribution list do not accept the popup link.

Click To... or BCC... and Select the name of the Distribution List from your contacts group.

The next time you send an e-mail to your list the new link will be activated.

NOTE: Every time you add names to your distribution list, you must update the shortcut link.
