Outlook 2003
Outlook 2003 has built-in security filters that help control your e-mail account and junk e-mail.
To review the filtering options
Open your Outlook program Click Actions / Junk E-mail / Select Junk E-mail Options ... button The following window will display 
Set the radio button to High / Apply / OK
I would not recommend checking off the Permanently delete suspected junk e-mail ...box at the present time.
Go to Safe Senders tab
Check box Also trust e-mail from my Contacts Click Apply / OK
Click the other tabs to see what information is included.
Check your Junk Folder every day to see what is being deleted. You might have important mail in this folder. Updated : February 02, 2010 Sr. Arlene Callahan |
