Creating a Form From a Table

On the Objects toolbar
Click Forms
Click New
The New Form dialog box will open

Select Form Wizard
Select the Table from the drop-down list
OK

Select the Table
Select the fields to be used in the Form

Click Next >

Select Columnar
Click Next >

Select a Style from the options
Click Next >
Accept the defaults

Click Finish

With the information defined, the Form Wizard creates a form.

The Form takes on a rather chunky look … some of the fields are truncated …
the fields are left justified, etc.
The next task is to edit the Form.
