Copy and Paste Text Only

Sometimes if you copy text from the web or other sources, and try to paste it into a Word document the results will be disappointing:

Hyperlinks will be activated
Different formatting occurs
Various fonts will display

All of the above will need to be edited.

Use this workaround to display clean, clear text:

1. Copy the text

2. Go to Clipboard group

3. Click Paste options

4. Select Text icon

The cleaned text displays.
