Formatting Marks

If you edit documents, you will want to see the formatting marks that display paragraphs, spaces, returns, tab characters, etc.

To display the paragraph symbol go to Home ribbon
Go to Paragraph group
To display/hide the paragraph symbol, toggle the paragraph symbol.

To display other formatting options
Click File tab  / Options / Display
Select the individual formatting options



Or, Click Show all formatting marks
OK
