Print in Grayscale

An alternative to printing in color which uses up the cartridge toner, print using the grayscale feature for economy purposes. This option prints in shades of gray.

Open the PowerPoint presentation
Click File
Print

The following dialog box opens:

Go to the Color section and click on the black arrow
Select Grayscale from the list.
