Print Contact Group

It is easy to print the names and e-mail addresses in a Contact Group.

Open Outlook program
Go to Contacts folder
Right click over the name of the Contact Group (do not open the list)
Select Quick Print from the drop-down menu

The document will print

For some unknown reason, the first page prints the following information:

Contact Group List Name:   TechNotes
The rest of the page is blank

The following page(s) will print out the names and e-mail addresses.

It is a good idea to print out a long list. Errors are easily detected.
Edit the list as needed.
Save & Close
