Create Personal Contact Address Book

If you have a large Contact List, you can easily create a personal Address Book from these entries.

Right click over the Contact List (do not open)

Select Properties

Click Outlook Address Book tab
Check the "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book" option
Type in the name for this new Address Book
Click Apply
OK to save the settings

Note: When you add or edit a contact record, the personal address book is automatically updated.

You have now programmed a new Address Book list that will show up when you search for email names/addresses.

Click New E-mail
Click To ... button
From the Address Book list
Click your Personal List option
Search for names like you would in the Global List

You will also see a personal Mobile list. This option will work if you have entered a person's mobile phone in the contacts record.
