Safe Senders

E-mail addresses on the Safe Senders List are never treated as junk e-mail and are automatically delivered to your Inbox.

E-mail message addresses in Contacts are included in this list by default and considered safe.
All names in the RC Global Address list are included in this list by default and considered safe; therefore, do not add any name from the Global List.

Safe Senders Domain List

E-mail domain addresses (ex: @microsoft.com) on the list are never treated as junk e-mail and are automatically delivered to the Inbox.

Safe Recipients List

Add the names of your distribution lists to the Safe Recipients List so any messages sent to these e-mail addresses or domain names will never be treated as junk e-mail messages. Do not add the names of distribution lists found on the RC Global Address list; by default they are considered safe senders.

If you are reading e-mails from the Preview Pane

Right click over the message
Click Junk
Click Add Sender to Safe Senders list

Add Sender's Domain to Safe Senders List

Select the function from the list.

If you are reading e-mails in full screen

Go to Message tab / Delete group
Click Junk arrow
Click Junk E-mail Options
Safe Senders tab
Click Add button
Enter the email address or domain name / OK
