Create a Contact Group

The distribution list is now called the Contact Group. The path to locate it has changed; however the way of creating the group remains the same as in Office 2003 and 2007.

Click Home tab / New Items
Click More Items / Contact Group
or
Click Contacts folder / Select New Contact Group

The screen is the same as Outlook 2007
Type in the name of the Contact Group
Click Add Members icon to select members

Select from the drop-down list

There are three options.
(1) From your personal contacts file
(2) From the Address Book (brings you to Global address list)
(3) Click New Email Contact for a person outside the RC community.



You have the option to add new members to your Contacts list.

After your list of names is complete

Click Save & Close
