The Office Button has been replaced with the File tab. The new backstage area has three columns: (1) Basic file options, (2) Special button icons, (3) Screen display area is not visible in the following image. As you click the various icon buttons, the third column will change with the various options that are selected.
Make sure you click the Print option; this is one of the best new features in Office 2010. Notice the Options button is now part of the File tab. Created:
