The Out of Office Assistant has been replaced with Automatic Replies.
Outlook 2010 can automatically respond to people who send you e-mail messages when you are out of the office. This option is available only when you are using Microsoft Exchange.
Click File / Info
Click Automatic Replies (Out of Office)
Specify a time range:
Type in the message in the box
The option Outside my Organization is not recommended. A reply will be forwarded to every email that you receive, junk mail included.
