Automatic Replies

The Out of Office Assistant has been replaced with Automatic Replies.

Outlook 2010 can automatically respond to people who send you e-mail messages when you are out of the office. This option is available only when you are using Microsoft Exchange.

Click File / Info

Click Automatic Replies (Out of Office)
Click Radio button Send automatic replies
A new feature is to set the Start and End time

Specify a time range:
Click Inside My Organization (@rivier.edu) account
Set the font and size options
Add other options as needed.

Type in the message in the box
Click OK

The option Outside my Organization is not recommended. A reply will be forwarded to every email that you receive, junk mail included.
