President’s Circle Leadership Forum features prominent CEOs sharing 21st-century successes

Rivier University President's Circle hosted a Leadership Forum entitled "Challenges and Opportunities for New Hampshire Businesses" on May 18. The event featured three prominent chief executives: Howard Brodsky, Co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO of CCA Global Partners; Michael L'Ecuyer, President and CEO of Bellwether Community Credit Union; and John E. Tulley II, President of Tulley Automotive Group. The well-known leaders shared their insights on New Hampshire's competitive business environment and the strategies that have led to their successes.

The leaders cited exceptional customer service experiences, living your brand, and awareness of the ever-evolving global marketplace as keys to business growth and market expansion. Discussion on hiring and retaining top-quality employees, specifically the millennial workforce, focused on creating compensation and benefit structures to align with revised definitions of success. All speakers noted and encouraged the use of technology and social media to deliver superior user experiences and stronger revenue streams.

The President's Circle brings together business and community leaders several times each year to discuss topics that impact the businesses and citizens of New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Leadership Forums feature experts on a variety of topics to create a community dialog as well as generating new ideas and approaches to issues impacting our businesses, organizations, and the quality of life in our communities today and tomorrow.
