The Office of Multicultural Affairs publicizes a variety of community events each year so that students, faculty and staff may get involved. Each year, members of the Rivier community participate in a Martin Luther King Breakfast, events celebrating Black History Month, and much more.

OBU Annual Family Picnic


Southern New Hampshire Outreach for Black Unity (OBU), invites you to come out, network, share in games, cards and life stories. Let’s share in a feast for all, in our traditional rich culture of family and sharing, in celebration of our Annual Family Picnic. Bring a dish of your choice to share.

Activities for the youth
: Double-Dutch Jump Rope, Dancing, Volley Ball, Dodge Ball, Sack Race, etc.

Bring blankets, tables, chairs, food, drinks, yourself, parents, children, siblings. Fun for all ages.
