Position:   Nursing Lab Assistant    Department:  Division of Nursing

Students applying for the position of Nursing Lab Assistant work study must have successfully completed (or be applying for a position that will begin after completion) NSG 101, NSG 102, NSG 201. In addition, students who have also completed NSG 203 will be given priority. The Office of Disability Services Student Employee Support Specialist will be the initial point of contact for students as they enter the Office of Disability Services.  The ideal candidate will understand the need for confidentiality and discretion and will be cognizant of student's legal rights.  The Support Specialist will be responsible for various administrative projects and tasks in furtherance of the goals and objectives of the department.

Position:   Residence Hall Front Desk Assistant    Department:  Student Life/Housing

Desk Assistants (DAs) work in one of the Universities three Residence Halls. Varied hours are available from 11am-12midnight Sunday - Wednesday and from 11am - 2am Thursday - Saturday. DAs answer phones, give directions, monitor flow of traffic to and from building, register overnight guests, make announcements and pages throughout the building, transfer calls and serve as a receptionist for the residence hall in which they work. Position:   Night Manager    Department:  Student Success

The Learning Commons Night Manager is responsible for the managing of the Learning Commons night operations.  The Night Manager is required to work the night hours that the facility is open (typically Sunday-Thursday, 7-10pm.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to building security and safety procedures, enforcing building and university policies, providing event services and logistical support, report writing, and monitoring the daily event schedule.  This position will take on many different roles that include problem solving, security and safety oversight, customer service and event logistical support.  Learm More...



Position:   Receptionist    Department:  The Art Gallery

RECEPTIONIST AT RIVIER UNIVERSITY ART GALLERY. Mainly involves opening and/or closing the gallery, keeping watch over high-cost exhibitions, and greeting visitors; also some clerical and set-up tasks as needed.
Hours are available between 10 A.M. and 4 P.M. Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday; between 10 A.M. and  6:00 P.M. Tuesday; between 10:00 A.M. and 1 P.M. Friday
An application interview is required.
