A Student Ambassador represents Rivier University to prospective students and families, as well as supports Admissions staff in daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Rivier University and have the ability to communicate the value of a Rivier education to all visitors.
Administration Work/Study Support Specialist
Department: Division of Business
The Division of Business Student Employee Support Specialist responds to, and supports administrative related projects and tasks, in furtherance of Division goals and objectives supporting the Institution, Division faculty and staff, and students.
Department: Landry Early Childhood Center
Assist teachers with classroom preparations, organizing, curriculum preparations and projects, clean up, sanitizing toys and dishes. May include some clerical duties for classroom. Assist administrative team with some clerical duties such as filing, delivering messages. Some duties may also include helping with kitchen organization and snack preparation for the week.
Department: Public Safety
A constant presence in the Public Safety Office and provide assistance when needed; answer telephones; dispatch calls for service; data entry into the public safety records system; issuing parking permits; issue ID cards; issue university owned vans to the groups who have reserved them; return found property
