Regional Field Manager-The Learning House
Enrollment Management


DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Regional Field Manager develops academic partnerships with corporations and organizations within an assigned geographical territory. The Regional Field Manager is employed by Learning House and works for Rivier University as a partner generating quality student applications and enrollments for the University's online degree programs. This position represents both Learning House and Rivier University by ensuring both partners effectively communicate and implement marketing and enrollment initiatives while meeting lead generation and programmatic goals across departments, academic divisions and geographic locations. Additionally, the Regional Field Manager works with corporations and regional organizations to understand how Learning House and Rivier University can provide solutions to improve and develop their existing workforce.

 

  • Conduct continual research and list building of potential partners within the assigned geographical territory
  • Conduct prospecting phone calls/emails
  • Manage the current partnerships with calls/touchback visits; continued promotion (related to short term events); includes the schools as your client/partner
  • Conduct short-term inquiry/lead events (HR visits, tables/presentations at community colleges, career fairs, lunch and learns, job fairs, corporate partners)
  • Develop new partnerships within the assigned geographical territory
  • Manage and develop accounts

 



QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree required with two to five years of sales or business development experience. Prior professional connections and network or experience in Healthcare, Fortune 500, or Public Health a plus
  • Experience managing a large geographical territory
  • Available for regional travel
  • Experience in developing new accounts including making cold calls to senior level decision makers within the assigned geographical territory
  • Experience closing deals, comfortable with relational sales
  • Experience developing marketing plans
  • Ability to schedule onsite events and activities at business partners
  • Comfortable talking with students and able to retain large amounts of degree program information
  • Familiarity with regional corporations and their executive leadership within the assigned geographical territory
  • Competent using technologies including: PowerPoint for presentations, CRM for account management, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word), Sales Accelerations apps a plus
  • Required to travel up to 50% of the time; more may be required at times during the year
