Position Title:
Game Worker
Job Description:
Do various jobs at Rivier intercollegiate games.
Jobs can be: ball people, video-taping, scorekeeper, statistics keeping, gate/admissions, timer, clock
You will be assigned to jobs. We can train you for the various positions
Qualifications/Skills Needed:
Responsible and reliable
Interest in/knowledge of sports is helpful
Flexible – games can be any day of the week morning-evening
Number of Students Needed: 15-20
Number of Hours per Week per Student: Will vary – depends on number of games worked per week
Generally an event is 2.5-3 hours

Statistics Crew Worker
Job Description:
Learn various stat programs for all sports
Work at home games keeping in-game statistics
Qualifications/Skills Needed:
Responsible and reliable
Interest in/knowledge of sports
Computer skills - willing to learn Stat-crew and Presto statistics programs
Flexible – games can be any day of the week morning-evening
Number of Students Needed: 4-6
Number of Hours per Week per Student: Will vary – depends on number of games worked per week
Generally an event is 2.5-3 hours

Position Title:
Work Study
Job Description:
- Coordinate and assist the Administrative Assistant on event planning activities (e.g., conference calls, room reservations, informal meetings, etc.)
- Develop PowerPoint Presentations for the Division of Business program offerings
- Maintains and organizes students’ confidential records accordingly via reviewing, scanning, and filing necessary records
- Perform other job-related administrative duties as assigned by the Dean of Business and Administrative Assistant
- Assists the Division of Business as needed
Qualifications/Skills Needed:
- A team player that enjoys working on multiple projects
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong academic record in undergraduate studies
Number of Students Needed: One
Number of Hours per Week per Student: Eight

Job Description:
This position entails a variety of different tasks, from filing and copying to answering questions from parents and students (incoming and current), to analyzing data and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills Needed:
Candidates must have exceptional attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and attitude as well as outstanding communication skills. Candidate must demonstrate ability to use MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher. Candidate must be punctual, dependable and have a professional demeanor. Number one priority is confidentiality. Candidate must be able to work well in a fast-paced, changing environment.
