Enrollment
Enrollment is on a rolling basis. However, spaces fill quickly, so many parents choose to register in January for the following school year. Due to the very high demand of our programs, the following practices have been put in place:
- Current families are given first opportunity and are asked to complete a registration form and remit a non-refundable $100 registration fee on or before the advertised due date. Current families are not required to pay September’s tuition until August as long as their child remains enrolled through the summer. Please note, enrollment in the kindergarten program requires a non-refundable $100 registration fee and the non-refundable fee of September tuition which is due on or before the advertised due date. A family that does not meet the due date for registration will forfeit their child’s enrollment in our program.
- New families will be given the opportunity to enroll after current families. New families will enroll in order of their child’s position on the waitlist and availability in the program by completing an application form and remitting the non-refundable $100 registration fee AND the non-refundable deposit of September tuition. New families will be given a selected time period to accept or refuse enrollment, in order to allow for others to be given enrollment opportunities. New families on the waitlist who refuse enrollment when offered will be removed from the waitlist.
