Examined entrepreneurial situation of different business organizations and applied strategic

opportunities and risks of these businesses. Evaluated environmental
                               situations using market opportunity
analysis. Explored ethical issues that are present in
                               today’s business organizations. Examined aspects of
professional selling and created a sales
                               presentation to a class of 20 students. Learned fundamental account and
financing 
                               concepts. Analyzed the global business environment. Studied effective management
                               through the examination of individual behavior in an organizational environment.

                               Special Projects:
                               Quality Productivity Management
– Led a complex project inter-relating classroom and work
                               environment to evaluate laboratory performance by gathering six months of lab data  and
                               developed a database of information. Analyzed the data using critical thinking and submitted
                               the results in a presentation format to upper management and co-workers with the
                               recommendations to improve the lab process.
                               Marketing Plan – Researched and investigated the athletic apparel and footwear industry 
                               by performing a comprehensive situation analysis of Nike’s environment
forces. Used 
                               SWOT analysis to examine Nike’s position and planned appropriate strategies to address 
                               the results. Final steps of the marketing plan involved: establishing a market objective,
                               selecting a target market, and developing the marketing mix.
                               Marketing Research
– Developed a survey, which included multiple choice and
                               open-ended questions intended to assess graduate student preferences in the effort to  
                               improve the Rivier College graduate program. Survey topics involved likes and dislikes,
                               as well as reasons why students had chosen Rivier College to pursuer their graduate
                               study. Developed this survey with classmates using a teamwork approach. Distributed
                               survey to students of the
entire graduate school of Rivier College during the winter semester 
                               of 2001.

Validation Project Leader – BioProcess Division, 1998 to Present
   
                      Lead microbial retention studies as an essential team player in a variety of pharmaceutical 
                               and chemical products to
meet FDA regulations for drug manufacturing. As part of the final
                               project for the total quality class, proactively
volunteered to carry on analysis and presented
                               recommendations to implement the quality of the validation program.
Conducted research and
                               updated Stand Operation Procedures (SOP). Organized, planned, and executed
microorganism
                               propagation studies, enumeration, identification and growth promotion evaluation. 
                               Conducted work
under GMP/GLP regulations. Executed training which provided clear
                               explanation of lab
techniques to new laboratory personnel.
                               R&D Technician – Analytical Division, 1996 to 1998
   
                      Presented key accomplishments and progress reports to senior technical and business
                               manager. Sole responsibility
to run the analytical R&D laboratory. Organized and maintained
                               mammalian cell culture facility. Planned and
