PREPARATION is the key to a successful interview. You must anticipate the questions you may be asked and prepare your answers so that at the interview you can feel prepared and confident.

The following are some of the questions you may be asked during our interview for a teaching position:

The procedure briefly involves setting up a hypothetical situation, which has as its basis a conflict requiring delicate handling. Use common sense in handling these questions, and remember that the interviewer is more interested in the way you handle the questions than the answers.
