for Form B
Each
Instructional Degree Program and Administrative Department will have a Form B and one
Form C for each of their Intended Educational (Student)
Outcomes or Administrative (Educational/Service) Objectives listed
below.
Instructional
(academic) departments should complete the
four boxes below identified as "Instructional Degree
Program," "Degree Level," "Assessment Period
Covered," and "Date Submitted" with the
identical information as provided on Form A previously
completed.
Administrative/educational
support departments should list only the name of the department as
previously indicated on Form A and indicate the period covered by
this form and date submitted.
In
the box below identified as "Institutional Mission
Reference," indicate which portion of Rivier College's overall
mission the instructional degree program or
administrative/educational support department supports.

the box below identified as "College Goal(s)
Supported," instructional (academic) departments should identify
those specific college-wide academic goals that this instructional
degree program supports. Administrative/educational
support departments should include an extract of its administrative
department mission statement in the section marked "College
Goal(s) Supported."

In
each of the blocks listed under "Intended Education (Student)
Outcomes or Administrative (Educational/Service) Objectives"
list the intended educational outcomes for academic programs and the
administrative objectives for administrative/educational support
departments. Each administrative department or
instructional program should have no more than three to five
intended outcomes or administrative objectives which it is assessing
at any one time.
