Conferences involving the use of Rivier University's on-campus facilities should adhere to the following guidelines:
- Meetings can be either full-day or partial day. Overnight accommodations are available during the summer. During the academic year overnight accommodations will be made with local hotels.
- Campus facility space constraints dictate the maximum capacity of a conference should not exceed 350 people unless using the concert venue.
- An event purpose cannot be in conflict with the University's mission.
- The organization must be self-insured and have a minimum of $2 million in liability insurance.
