Donors of diverse racial or ethnic backgrounds are especially needed. All it takes is a cheek swab of the mouth to be placed on the registry. Help those fighting Leukemia, Lymphoma and other life-threatening diseases. To find out more information on bone marrow donation visit www.marrow.org.

Some of the things we've done:

• sponsored Health Stop Day as part of Wellness Week
• handed out information on proper nutrition and exercise as well as healthy snacks like Cheerios, raisins, fruit cups, apple sauce, and trail mix as part of the City of Nashua Lights On After School program.
