Overview of Program:
Thank you for your interest in an internship opportunity with the office of Congresswoman Ann McLane Kuster. Congressional internships provide an excellent opportunity for students to learn first-hand about the legislative process and the inner-workings of the United States House of Representatives.
A typical day for interns in our offices consists of assisting with case work, attending meetings, researching policy, answering phones, and sorting through constituent mail.
Representative Kuster’s office offers spring, summer and fall internships to qualified candidates who complete the application process. Fall and spring internships last the entire semester (January-May, September-December) while summer internships are offered as a full three or four month internship.
