Granite State Organizing Project (GSOP) is a five year old community organization serving south central NH that unites religious, labor, and community groups to shape the decisions that effect our communities and quality of life. Guided by faith and democratic values, we mobilize our many voices on issue-oriented actions, strengthening our organizations and leadership while building community.
Intern duties:
• Policy research on issues including health care, affordable housing, education, and immigrant rights
• Writing policy briefs to be submitted to GSOP membership
• Outreach, including e-mail and telephone contact with members
• Assist with editing GSOP newsletter
• Prepare updates for GSOP website
• Other projects
