RIVIER FINISHES 11TH OUT OF 14 TEAMS AT WNEC

Springfield, MA –  John Nicoloro crossed the line at 35:03 to lead the Raiders at the Western New England Invitational. Kevin Harrington and Chris Hunt finished second and third respectively for the Raiders. Rounding out the finish was Luke Brownell and Calvin Akers.

Rivier will race in the GNAC Championships at St. Joseph College in Maine on October 27.

RAIDER MEN FINISH SECOND AT FPC INVITATIONAL

Rindge – Rivier finished behind cross town rival Daniel Webster College at Franklin Pierce. John Nicoloro finished 5th overall at 40:02 while Kevin Harrington crossed the line at 42:06.DJ Poitras, Paul DeAndrade and Nick Bean rounded out the field for the Raiders.

Rivier will travel to WNEC this Saturday.

RIVIER COMPETES IN GORDON’S POP CROWELL INVITATIONAL

 

Wenham, MA -  The University of Southern Maine cruised to an easy victory over 24 teams in the Gordon College Invitational. This annual race named after “Pop Crowell” has one of the best fields in division-III competing in New England.

 

John Nicoloro once again paced the Raiders with a 34:52 time. Lance Bisson finished second for the Rivier with a 35:34 time while Paul DeAndrade came across the line at 38:27. Rounding out the field for Rivier were Chris Hunt, DJ Poitras and Matt Nims.

 

Rivier will travel to Franklin Pierce College on October 4.

RIVIER FINISHES 9TH BEHIND ST. ANSELM

 

Nashua – Rivier placed 9th out of 12 teams at their annual invitational. St. Anselm College was the overall winner with Norwich finishing second. Once again, John Nicoloro crossed the line first for the Raiders at 35:16 while junior Lance Bisson finished at 36:30. Luke Brownell also had another strong race for the Raiders. Rivier will travel to Gordon College next week.

RIVIER MEN FINISH 6TH IN DWC INVITATIONAL

 

Nashua – The Rivier Men were paced by junior John Nicoloro finished 6th at the DWC Invitational. John finished up with a time of 34:48, while sophomore Luke Brownell crossed the line at 39:26. Sophomore Chris Hunt, Paul DeAndrade and senior Calvin Akers rounded out the filed for the Raiders.

Rivier will host their Invitational next Friday.
