Recognizing Alumni Achievements
The Rivier Alumni Association annually bestows its highest honor, the Sr. Madeleine of Jesus Award, during Reunion Weekend in June. The Sr. Madeleine of Jesus Award was established by the Alumni Association in 1974 to honor Rivier’s Foundress. The award is presented to a Rivier alumna or alumnus who has distinguished herself or himself through:
• Exceptional dedication and contribution to Rivier College
• Outstanding service to his or her community and profession
• Significant civic, professional, or humanitarian efforts
Nominations are accepted throughout the year, but must be received by February 28 to be considered for the following June presentation. To nominate a classmate or friend, download the Sr. Madeleine Nomination Form.
