Rivier celebrates record Annual Fund year
The 2009-2010 Annual Fund reached a record level, exceeding $200,000 for
the first time in Rivier’s history. The College received unrestricted
gifts from 1,180 donors, totaling $201,550.

Rivier alumni, family, and friends in Rhode Island and Connecticut after

Rivier alumni attend Boston Red Sox game
Alumni from various class years attended the Boston Red Sox vs. Texas Rangers game on Sunday, July 18 at Fenway Park. The group enjoyed a brunch at Fenway Park before the game and had the opportunity to be photographed with World Series trophies.
Rivier holds Reunion Weekend 2010
Alumni from the last five decades participated in Reunion Weekend 2010, enjoying Friday night line dancing at the Rivier Saloon, the traditional Alumni Awards Luncheon on Saturday, dinner at the Rocking RC Garden Corral, covered wagon campus tours and more. Full Article
Rivier alumna leaves bequest for Regina Library
Rivier College received a $75,000 bequest from the estate of Robert O. Sondrol and Helen Leblanc Sondrol '44 to support Regina Library. Sondrol's experience at Rivier inspired a lifelong love of libraries, according to her brother Gerald Leblanc. In fall 2009, the Office of Development and Alumni Relations formed the Rivier College Bequest Society to recognize alumni who have included the College in their estate plans. Full Article
