The Rivier University Writing Center provides professional, student-centered assistance and academic support as students work on writing tasks in courses across the curriculum. Writers come to the center for one-on-one conferences with a professional consultant to discuss assignments in progress and aspects of writing on which the writer wants to focus. These individualized conferences are available to all students on either a drop-in or reserved appointment basis. The Writing Center is located on Main Street across the street from Trinity and Adrienne Halls.

The Career Development Center (CDC) encourages students and alumni to actively participate in developing their future career plans. The CDC is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and evenings by appointment.

Our Public Safety Department is staffed 24 hours a day and prepared to offer escorts to your car, jump starts, and any other safety assistance you may need while attending evening classes.
Rivier has a cafe in Regina Library. The cafe offers light dining options—including sandwiches, salads, and more—Monday through Thursday until 9 p.m. The Dion Center Dining Hall also offers dinner each day from 4:45 to 6:45 p.m. You can use your student ID card to conveniently make food purchases at both locations.
