Course Discount Program

Registration Process

As a member of Rivier’s Strategic Partner Program, partner’s employees’ receive a discount off tuition (see your HR office for details). Students are responsible for all discounted tuition rates and fees, once the discount has been applied, and will be subject to the payment policies in effect at Rivier University at the time of registration. To receive the discount, the following steps must be completed.

Steps to Register for Rivier University Courses for the First Time

  1. CHOOSE the course(s) you wish to take by looking over the schedule of courses. (COMPLETION of the admissions process is required once 12 credits have been taken. If the process is not completed, or you have not gained admission to the University, you will be not be allowed to take further courses.)
  2. REGISTER for your course. You may submit your registration request using our online registration request form, or you may download and print a registration form to be completed and either mailed or faxed. Once you have taken a course you can register yourself in your MyRiv account for subsequent semesters.

  3. At the time you register for class, proof of employment (such as a copy of your employee ID) must be provided to the Rivier Business Office via fax (603) 897-8814 or email busoffice@rivier.edu. To receive the discount this required paperwork must be received by the Business Office no later than the course official drop date.
  4. The payment due date is one week prior to the start of a course. Payment options arrangements are available online at rivier.edu/BO.

NOTE: Students are expected to verify their course charges on their MY LEDGER in their MyRiv student account as soon as they register where they can also make an online payment and print a copy of their statement.

Steps to Register for Courses in Subsequent Terms

  1. Students should register with Rivier University, through their MyRiv student account or using the online registration form
  2. Each term at the time you register for class, proof of employment (such as a copy of your employee ID) must be provided to the Rivier Business Office via fax (603) 897-8814 or email busoffice@rivier.edu. To receive the discount this required paperwork must be received by the Business Office no later than the course official drop date.
