Rivier College's Executive M.B.A. in Organizational Leadership is an accelerated program designed for working professionals who aspire to upper-level executive positions in both profit and not-for-profit organizations in a variety of sectors including business, social service, government, healthcare, education, and more.

You'll combine solid coursework in areas such as marketing, economics, strategic management, global business, and more with your own business skills and knowledge for an individualized learning experience.

The enabling skills needed for success in the EMBA program have been embedded into the curriculum, thereby making it possible for students from all major undergraduate areas of concentration to succeed on the graduate level. The program courses are presented in a prescribed and chronological sequence.
